THERAPY often focuses on addressing emotional challenges and mental health concerns. It offers a supportive space to explore past and present experiences, emotions, and behaviors that may be impacting your current well-being, while also helping you develop practical strategies for moving forward.

COACHING, on the other hand, emphasizes actionable strategies and future-oriented growth. It empowers you to identify and set specific personal and professional goals, while offering support and accountability as you take meaningful steps toward achieving them.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. The charge for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48-hours notice is the full fee of the session. 

That being said, I totally appreciate that extenuating circumstances happen! And in such cases, the fee may be waived. I encourage setting appointment reminders at least 48-hours in advance to help prevent missed appointments. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Yes, I offer virtual appointments for both therapy and coaching sessions. This is great for those who are looking to integrate therapy or coaching into their busy day-to-day routine.
