MEET ERIN
Welcome! As a Registered Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate personal challenges and growth for over 15-years.
My experience spans private practice, university counselling services, hospitals, and non-profit organizations, where I've provided individual, couples, and group therapy. I work with individuals facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress management, self-discovery and development, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I'm excited to now offer coaching services alongside my therapy practice. Currently pursuing certification through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), I've completed over 200 hours of coach training. This comprehensive certification process enhances my ability to partner with clients, helping them unlock their potential and create lasting, meaningful change.
My approach to both therapy and coaching centers on building strong, collaborative relationships. I tailor my methods to align with your unique needs, preferences, and goals. While change and growth can be challenging, I value bringing warmth, realness, and even moments of laughter to our sessions, creating space for deeper insights and fresh perspectives.
I strongly believe that the client-therapist fit is key to success. Please feel free to contact me for a complementary telephone consultation to see how we can best work together.
